We work as part of our employer clients’ teams to support decision-making processes, ensuring that decisions are as robust as they can be and where necessary defending them against challenge. Much of this work is behind the scenes – keeping our clients out of the Courts and Tribunals and so more able to focus on ensuring greater success for their organisations.
