Areas of particular expertise involve the handling of contentious matters; day-to-day "surgery" advice; dealing with team moves and post-termination restrictions; and advising senior executives on their contracts and severance packages.

personal: James is married with two young sons, who occupy most of his free time. When not making dens and playing hide and seek, he enjoys playing tennis, ski-ing and cycling. He also enjoys travel and tries to take as many foreign trips as his budget, family circumstances and annual holiday entitlement allow.
