specialisation: Since qualifying in 2004, Natasha has specialised in dispute resolution and employment law. She has represented both employers and employees in a range of matters including discrimination and unfair dismissal claims. Natasha has also assisted on a number of High Court injunction disputes. She is experienced in providing practical and strategic advice to employers and employees on entering and exiting the employment relationship, including the interpretation and scope of contractual terms such as post termination restrictions and the redundancy process.
