Mark advises both employers and executives. He is particularly experienced in litigating unfair dismissal and discrimination claims. He enjoys finding pragmatic solutions to complex employment problems, and helping his clients to maintain strong and productive employment relationships.
Examples of recent work:
Mark recently acted in a disability case involving a wheelchair user whose employer had not provided accessible facilities for her. He also acted in a whistleblowing case involving the dismissal of an employee after reporting violations of health and safety regulations. Both cases were settled on a successful basis.

Mark studied history at the University of Stirling, then law at Hughes Hall, University of Cambridge. He qualified in 2014 and joined Archon in January 2017.
Outside work, Mark is interested in history, film and music.
