Niki has a wealth of experience advising employer and employee clients on a wide variety of employment matters. She is adept at handling issues related to misconduct and performance, discrimination, maternity and pregnancy, sickness absence, restrictive covenants, termination, redundancy, restructuring and TUPE. She drafts and negotiates all employment related documentation including settlement agreements, contracts and staff handbooks as well as consultancy agreements.
Niki provides legal and strategic advice to senior executives, particularly in relation to the negotiation of high value exits, contracts of employment, the enforceability of restrictive covenants and the defence of misconduct and poor performance allegations.
She regularly represents clients in litigation involving unfair dismissal, discrimination and breach of contract in the Employment Tribunal and High Court.
Niki has a particular interest in providing practical advice, tailored to the client’s needs and business to achieve the best possible result.

Niki trained at Denton Wilde Sapte and qualified as a solicitor in 2004. She is fluent in French.
Niki co-edits a chapter of Tolley’s “Employment and Personnel Procedures” and regularly blogs on legal developments.
She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Women in Business Network.
Niki loves travelling, particularly to sunny climes. She enjoys photography, yoga and running.
